Welcome to LuminoFlow! By using our website, tools, and automation services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
LuminoFlow offers appointment booking automation, SMS/email reminders, calendar syncing, and client-facing dashboards primarily for local service businesses.
We provide setup, customization, and limited support to help you manage your bookings more efficiently. Services may include third-party integrations (e.g. Google, Twilio, Stripe).
2. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding
- Use the system in compliance with local, state, and federal laws
- Not misuse or attempt to hack, alter, or disrupt the service or platform
- Maintain control over your connected calendars, payment accounts, and communication numbers
3. Payment & Billing
If you subscribe to one of our paid plans (e.g. $250/month), you agree to recurring billing via Stripe or an authorized payment processor.
Missed or failed payments may result in service interruption until the issue is resolved.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Service will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are generally not provided for completed setup work or past usage.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we aim to maintain reliable systems, LuminoFlow is not responsible for:
- Missed bookings due to third-party outages (e.g. Twilio, Google Calendar)
- Misuse of the platform by your staff or clients
- Any loss of revenue or business resulting from software or communication delays
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for one month of service.
6. Intellectual Property
All custom code, branding, and automation workflows created by LuminoFlow remain the intellectual property of LuminoFlow unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
You are granted a limited license to use the system for your business while actively subscribed.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the new Terms.
